Where to stay in Bangkok

Our home-away-from-home was the Quarter Onnut, located in the south-east of Bangkok. The location is very convenient since the hotel is situated between the stations of the sky train, BTS Onnut and BTS Bangchak; visiting mostly the western part of Bangkok, we would usually get off at the station called “Bangchak” and walk 5-10 minutes to the hotel.

Where to eat in Bangkok

One of our best nights in Bangkok was when we spontaneously decided to walk into a Michelin restaurant and happen to get a table without a reservation. They were polite and despite being busy managed to find us a table. “Khao” in Thai means “rice” which is such an essential ingredient in the Thai cuisine, creating the foundation of many dishes.
